Pokemon is a phenomenal franchise. If you don’t actively play the series, chances are you have at some point in your life. The Pokemon games on the handheld systems have always been great, but deep down I think we all want that experience expanded and molded into something greater. If Nintendo is wanting to increase sales for the struggling Wii U, they should offer fans a legitimate Pokemon title; not another PokePark or Mystery Dungeon and they should release it exclusively for the Wii U. Remember the last time you brought home a new EA game (or even Ubisoft) and started it up? The game instantly wants you to redeem it’s “Online Pass” code to unlock features such as multiplayer and additional goodies. Now what if you bought that game used, or rented it, or are borrowing it from your buddy? Well you can’t access those features unless you purchase the pass for $10, but don’t worry because that’s all going to change. Continue Reading

The Wonderful 101 is THE Wii U game I am most excited for. It’s like taking Pikmin and giving them all super powers. This was originally scheduled to release for the Wii U “launch window,” but as you may have noticed we are long past that. Today, we finally received the glorious drop date from Nintendo Direct. The time is fast approaching. We are less than a week away from the official reveal of the next generation of Xbox. I’ve supported the Xbox since it’s initial release way back in November of 2001 and personally, I’m very excited to see what Microsoft plans on bringing to the table. Continue Reading

We could have just left it with the simple one-panel punchline, but we kind of like to make things weird. This is what these two perverts got busted for.
It’s that magical time when we unveil another new episode of Jeers of War. This time around the gang plays Doritos Crash Course 2. The competition is fierce and things may or may not get slightly sexual. If you’re a fan of acapella shredding and nacho cheesy one-liners, then you’re in for a salty treat. Continue Reading
We bring you episode 2 of Jeers of War. This time around we play a game far superior to Gears of War… Two Worlds 2. It’s got the best online multiplayer ever and easily the best ragdoll in history. Enjoy half an hour of perfection. Continue Reading
There’s no better way to tell the world you’re a total man than to grow a gnarly mustache. Think about it. Picture that distant uncle you have, the one who wears flannel and sits on his porch yelling at any passerby. You know what he has? A stache and he who has the stache, holds all the power. There have been some amazing mustaches in gaming history and for this week’s round of Nerd Wars! we want to determine who’s got the best stache of them all. Careful, things might get a little hairy.
- Mario
- Waluigi
- Dr Wily
- Eggman
- Snake
- Dr Neo Cortex

So we have decided to be more “diverse.” As it stands, we have three white, male characters and that’s it. It’s time we spice things up a bit and start looking for some new friends. Unfortunately, making new friends isn’t always as easy as it seems. Our candidates have some great qualities, but yeah…. Stop by next Monday to find out what these two perverts got busted for.
