If there is one thing we love, here at Whats Your Tag’s Arctic Command Center, it’s Minecraft. The group, Slamacow Creations, has some pretty beautiful Minecraftian (please start using this word whenever you can) animations. Their latest features a song by none other than, Laura Shigihara. She’s done some great nerd songs in the past and is back. Prepare to have your heart strings pulled, or in my case have that shard of ice where a heart should be, melt a little: Continue Reading

Anyway, yes there are ways to get plenty of health benefits out of your favorite systems but did you know you’re always getting health benefits from games? All Time 10s explains:
Happy “Black Friday” you silly people!

Sometimes there are those moments in life when you just know something is right. It seems like the planets have aligned at the perfect time and the world is finally turning in your favor. Those are the kind of moments we all live for. Unfortunately there’s always the chance we can get a little too excited about it.
Another week, another Friday, another post of fun videos! We start off this week ever so stealthily. The folks over at NosTeraFu TV have decided to see how Naked Snake, Big Boss himself, would fare in the real world:
Next up, how about a little music? The amazing Lindsey Stirling is back. This time taking on Assassin’s Creed III:
Let’s wrap this week up with a question, how do you feel about quicktime events? Youtube user Thatdoodleable has posted what might be the funniest quicktime event fail ever:
Happy Friday everyone!
P.S. a moment of silence for Hostess. I really didn’t care until I found out Hostess owns Drake’s, so no more Funny Bones. Bad show.
Microsoft is having a rather awesome promotion right now. If you’ve had an Xbox Live account since it’s inception 10 years ago, Microsoft is surprising you with a free limited edition Xbox 360, which I must say looks very slick. It’s unsure right now how many consoles are going to be given away, but I’m sure nobody is complaining about a free Xbox.
“We are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Xbox Live by conducting special promotions for our members worldwide and today we began to surprise a select number of our loyal 10 year Xbox Live members in the U.S. with special edition anniversary consoles. These consoles were created for a special promotion and will not be available at retail locations.”
It’s always a good feeling to see a large company supporting it’s early adopters. We tip our hats off to you Microsoft and wish Xbox Live another ten happy years!
We are fast approaching the 25th anniversary of the Mega Man franchise and there has been little to no news celebrating this monumental occasion. We were all hoping for a Kirby’s Dream Collection-esque package of classic titles, but it seems this unfortunately is not the case. However, Capcom USA senior vice president Christian Svensson has told fans that they can look forward to our brave blue hero on not only consoles, but handhelds as well.
