This is what we imagine Pokemon would look like in our every day lives. Not quite as extreme as the anime makes it out to be. And yes, one of the boys did paint a squirrel yellow, hopefully we don’t have PETA on our backs for this one.

Breaking! Desturctoid is reporting on several leaks for Playstation All Stars Battle Royale. The leaks have moved their way past the National Guard and are heading for the mainland! That’s my weird way of saying nothing is confirmed. Looking through everything, I have to say this sounds pretty legit. The list of playable characters including Dante (Devil May Cry), Sack Boy (Little Big Planet), Raiden (Metal Gear Solid), Ratchet and Clank (Stanley Kubrick’s Barry Lyndon Ratchet & Clank) and a host of others. The leaks also included some arenas, check it out: Continue Reading
Today marks yet another milestone for the Android console Ouya, following the announcement of it’s partnership with OnLive. For those unfamiliar with OnLive, it’s essentially a way to stream full games from major publishers without the need for a powerhouse machine. All the graphics processing is done via an internet connection and you simply stream the content to your device, in this case the Ouya. This completely disregards all the negative comments from critics about the lack of first party games with the systems release. With the addition of OnLive there will be hundreds of major games from over 80 publishers in addition to all the stand alone Android content.
What are your takes on this partnership?
It’s the border (wait for it!) of the weekend once again, and we’re going to start with some Borderlands! This weekend Steam is having a Free Weekend for the first Borderlands with 75% off the price if you wanted to buy or pick up the DLC cheap. So, what’s the story of Borderlands? Well, let the guys at Lore explain:
This is the kind of news that puts a song in my heart. Actually, a song from Max and Sam, about Pokemon Red/Blue:
I’d like to wrap things up with a little modding. Taltigolt has given the world a real treasure by placing the bots from Portal 2, into GTA IV:
Watching that little robot blow things up from a motorcycle brings a smile to my day, my Friday. And we hope it does for you as well. Happy Friday!
A little over a week ago we featured a game called Slender. We found it to be absolutely and completely terrifying. Just uttering it’s name seems to bring a chill to the air around you. Well the internet seems to be in love with this game and a small community of modders announced their plans to release an updated version of Slender, called Slender: Source. If you haven’t taken the time to play the original, give yourself a few minutes and download it from Parsec Productions. (UPDATE: The folks over at Parsec Productions are working on a new version of the game, with updated graphics called Slender: The Arrival.)

In an ongoing quest to never make a good, new, Final Fantasy game, Square Enix has announce they’re giving Final Fantasy XIV another go with an pseudo remake/expansion maybe? Check out the (non gameplay) trailer: Continue Reading
Do you like Pokemon? Do you like outer space? Do you like Facebook games? If you said yes to any of these questions, you may want to check out the newest game from Insomniac Games, the creators of Ratchet and Clank, called Outernauts. In this far-out RPG, you spend your time training and battling your alien pet against other wild creatures. You learn new moves and skills and your pet can even evolve into a more powerful version of itself. Sound familiar anyone? Initial comments and reviews I’ve read for the game have been very positive and I think this is honestly the first time I’ve ever been excited for a Facebook game.
